We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join the prestigious Ligurian Association of Winemakers. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary individual to spearhead our product movement operations with finesse and vision.

The Director of Product Movement will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless flow of our exceptional Ligurian wines from vineyard to cellar to market. This pivotal position requires strategic planning, meticulous coordination, and an unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the movement of wine products throughout the production and distribution process.
Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate tracking and timely deliveries.
Collaborate with winemakers, suppliers, and distributors to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
Monitor transportation logistics and negotiate contracts with shipping partners to guarantee cost-effective and reliable services.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to uphold the integrity of our products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field within the wine industry.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster partnerships and cultivate a culture of excellence.
