We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join the vibrant and innovative team at Fundación Asturiana de la Energía (FAEN) in Asturias, Spain! We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Innovation and Adventure Assistant Manager.
Position: Innovation and Adventure Assistant Manager
Location: Asturias, Spain
At FAEN, we are dedicated to exploring innovative ways to promote and develop the unique natural and cultural resources offered by Asturias. As the Innovation and Adventure Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting and implementing initiatives that showcase the region’s untapped potential and contribute to sustainable tourism growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute innovative strategies that highlight Asturias as an adventure destination
- Research, identify, and forge partnerships with local businesses, artisans, and service providers to enhance the tourism experience
- Coordinate the design of adventure-focused tourism packages and initiatives
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize customer engagement and experience
- Contribute to the creation and management of engaging content for promotional materials and online platforms
- Assist in coordinating events and activities that showcase the region’s diverse offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, marketing, or tourism development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for adventure, exploring new cultures, and sustainable tourism
- Ability to work in a dynamic, innovative environment, and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
