Position Overview:
As a Customer Wellness Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic wellness programs tailored to our customers' needs. You will leverage your expertise in health and fitness to design impactful strategies that promote overall well-being and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wellness programs that align with Allstate's customer-centric approach
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing customer well-being
- Implement and manage initiatives to drive engagement and loyalty among customers
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Health Sciences, Nutrition, Exercise Science, etc.)
- Proven experience in developing and executing wellness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for promoting health and wellness
