The Swedish Work Environment Authority is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will work on ensuring that companies in Stockholms län adhere to the necessary regulations and guidelines for workplace health and safety. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, providing guidance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections of workplaces to assess compliance with safety regulations
Providing guidance and recommendations to companies for improving work environment conditions
Investigating complaints and reports related to workplace safety issues
Collaborating with employers, employees, and industry experts to develop and implement best practices
Contributing to the development of policies and regulations to enhance workplace safety

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Law, or related field
Experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a similar industry
Knowledge of Swedish labor laws and regulations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
