We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Kreisvolkshochschule Nienburg/Weser e.V. in Lower Saxony, Germany. As a Sustainable Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating and coordinating sustainable experiential activities in the beautiful region of Lower Saxony.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sustainable travel itineraries focusing on cultural and environmental experiences
- Collaborating with local communities and businesses to create authentic and immersive tourism experiences
- Promoting responsible tourism practices and environmental conservation efforts
- Designing engaging activities that showcase the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the region
- Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and cultivating long-lasting relationships with travelers
Requirements:
- Demonstrated passion for sustainable travel and dedication to responsible tourism practices
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or event coordination
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- An understanding of environmental conservation principles and their application in tourism
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
