We are seeking a Performance Enhancement Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement specialized training programs tailored to individual athletes.
- Work closely with coaches and athletes to optimize physical conditioning and performance.
- Utilize advanced techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injuries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with sports scientists and nutritionists to develop comprehensive performance plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with elite athletes in optimizing performance outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries in sports performance.
