Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

Coordinate interviews and applicant assessments, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR-related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
