Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to assess their performance goals and develop tailored development plans
Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and optimize performance

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in performance development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Psychology)
Previous experience in performance development or coaching preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
