The Luxembourg Legal Aid Center is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Senior Customer Solutions Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch legal support services to our clients as well as driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective solutions and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional legal aid services to clients in need of immediate assistance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters
- Collaborate with legal consultants and attorneys to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Proven experience in customer service or legal assistance role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
