Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand customer requirements
Design and develop innovative solutions for aviation and aerospace logistics
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Prototype, test, and refine new concepts and technologies
Present ideas and solutions to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in project management and leading technical teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
