Analyze consumer behavior patterns and market trends to tailor rewards programs for maximum impact
Monitor and track program performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless rewards experience for customers

Requirements:

2+ years experience in a similar role
