Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture strategies that optimize land use efficiency
- Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact while increasing productivity
- Collaborate with researchers and industry experts to drive innovation in cultivation practices
- Oversee crop planning, yield forecasting, and quality control processes
- Manage a team of dedicated professionals and cultivate a culture of excellence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Studies, or related field
- Proven experience in sustainable agriculture, agroecology, or rural development
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for driving positive change
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Knowledge of agricultural technologies and best practices
- Fluent in English and Italian
