As a Legal Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct within the organization.
Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with legal standards and identify areas of improvement.
Providing guidance to management on compliance matters and recommending solutions to mitigate risks.
Monitoring changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations and adjusting compliance efforts accordingly.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure policies and procedures align with legal requirements.
Handling documentation and record-keeping related to compliance activities.
