Position Available: Multicultural Enrichment Specialist

As a Multicultural Enrichment Specialist at Sunrise Childcare Center, you will have the opportunity to spark joy, inspire creativity, and promote cultural awareness among our young learners. Your role is instrumental in designing and implementing engaging activities that celebrate diversity, foster artistic expression, and encourage curiosity through a multicultural lens.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver art and design workshops that highlight various cultures, traditions, and perspectives.
Create a supportive and inclusive environment where children feel empowered to express themselves through artistic endeavors.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate multicultural themes into the curriculum and daily activities.
Engage with families to promote cultural exchange and understanding within the community.
Stay current on multicultural practices and incorporate innovative approaches to enrich the learning experience.

Requirements:

A passion for art, creativity, and multicultural education.
Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Educational background in a relevant field is preferred.
