We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategic Regulatory Compliance Advisor to drive our commitment to excellence in compliance-related matters. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting regulations, devising compliance strategies, and providing expert advice to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies in line with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance challenges and drive initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or legal certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance or a related role within the financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
