Job Description:

Assist customers in selecting appropriate ski gear and equipment based on their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Ensure the rental process is smooth and efficient, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to create a seamless experience for all guests.

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor activities and adventure sports.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Fluency in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus.
