Legal Compliance Specialist
We are looking for a Legal Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hainaut Manufacturing Group!
Job Description:
- Ensure full compliance with industry-specific regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies
- Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to legal standards
- Provide guidance and support on legal matters across departments
- Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
- Collaborate with legal counsel to address complex legal issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant certifications or training is a plus
