As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable practices in agriculture and rural development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable agronomy initiatives to improve agricultural practices
Collaborate with local farmers and stakeholders to promote environmental stewardship and biodiversity
Educate and provide training on sustainable farming techniques
Conduct research on innovative methods to enhance crop productivity while preserving natural resources
Contribute to the overall growth and sustainability of our agricultural projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field
Experience in sustainable agriculture practices and rural development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
