We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Multicultural Program Development Coordinator at Mörbylånga Kommun, located in the vibrant Kronobergs län region of Sweden.

As the Multicultural Program Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for enhancing the diversity and inclusivity initiatives within our community. Your role will involve collaborating with various groups to create programs that promote cultural exchange, understanding, and unity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement multicultural programs focused on promoting unity and diversity.
Collaborate with local organizations and communities to develop inclusive initiatives.
Organize events and activities that celebrate different cultures and promote cross-cultural awareness.
Support and facilitate programs that encourage participation from all members of the community.
Evaluate the effectiveness of multicultural programs and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience in program development, community engagement, or multicultural initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
