Position: Rural Development Specialist
Location: Pohjois-Savo, Finland
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance agricultural practices and rural livelihoods
- Provide expert advice to farmers and rural businesses
- Collaborate with local communities to drive sustainable development initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proven experience in rural development or agricultural advisory roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
