Position Available:

Performance Enhancement Specialist

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our team to optimize athletes' training routines, enhance their performance, and contribute to the success of our sports programs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized training programs for athletes
Conduct performance assessments and provide feedback
Collaborate with coaches to enhance athletes' skills and abilities
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in sports performance
Support in organizing and executing sports events and activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Proven experience in sports training or performance enhancement
Strong understanding of sports physiology and biomechanics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sports and helping athletes reach their full potential
