KCB Foundation is a leading organization dedicated to community development projects in Rift Valley, Kenya. We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Wildlife Conservation Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to protect and conserve the diverse wildlife habitats in the region.
Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to promote wildlife awareness and conservation efforts.
Conduct research and analysis to identify key conservation issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
Organize educational programs and initiatives to engage the community in wildlife preservation activities.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of conservation projects on wildlife populations and ecosystems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field.
Proven experience in wildlife conservation, research, or environmental management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for wildlife preservation and environmental sustainability.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
