Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Creative Innovation!

Responsibilities:

Lead a dynamic team of creative professionals to develop and implement groundbreaking initiatives that elevate the achievements of women in Connecticut and beyond.
Collaborate with artists, designers, historians, and technologists to create immersive experiences that inspire and educate our audience.
Pioneer new approaches to storytelling through interactive exhibits, multimedia presentations, and digital content.
Establish strategic partnerships with cultural institutions, educational foundations, and corporate sponsors to expand our reach and impact.
Oversee the design and production of exhibits, publications, and events that showcase the diverse narratives of women's history.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of leadership in a creative field, with experience in project management, team oversight, and budgeting.
Deep understanding of the intersection between art, design, and storytelling, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and narrative impact.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Innovative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional museum practices and engaging new audiences.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of creative work.
