Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team of creative professionals to develop and implement groundbreaking initiatives that elevate the achievements of women in Connecticut and beyond.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, historians, and technologists to create immersive experiences that inspire and educate our audience.
- Pioneer new approaches to storytelling through interactive exhibits, multimedia presentations, and digital content.
- Establish strategic partnerships with cultural institutions, educational foundations, and corporate sponsors to expand our reach and impact.
- Oversee the design and production of exhibits, publications, and events that showcase the diverse narratives of women's history.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leadership in a creative field, with experience in project management, team oversight, and budgeting.
- Deep understanding of the intersection between art, design, and storytelling, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and narrative impact.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional museum practices and engaging new audiences.
