Responsibilities:
- Research and develop innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture practices
- Collaborate with local communities to implement environmentally-friendly initiatives
- Analyze data to optimize resource utilization and reduce environmental impact
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainable agriculture
- Train and educate staff on best practices for sustainable farming
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in sustainable agriculture or rural development
- Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for promoting environmental sustainability and diversity
