Responsibilities:

Research and develop innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture practices
Collaborate with local communities to implement environmentally-friendly initiatives
Analyze data to optimize resource utilization and reduce environmental impact
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainable agriculture
Train and educate staff on best practices for sustainable farming

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
Previous experience in sustainable agriculture or rural development
Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Passion for promoting environmental sustainability and diversity
