Job Title: Health and Wellness Specialist
We are looking for a Health and Wellness Specialist to join our team at Bidco Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative health and wellness programs for our employees and the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver health and wellness initiatives to promote a healthy lifestyle
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate health and wellness strategies
- Educate employees and the community on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- Organize fitness events, workshops, and training sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and wellness programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Nutrition, Sports Science, or related field
- Previous experience in developing health and wellness programs is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting health and wellness
- Certification in fitness training or nutrition is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
