We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team at the North Carolina Winegrowers Association!
Position: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Are you passionate about ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant rules and regulations? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of legal requirements within the wine industry?
As our Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of excellence in legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory developments affecting the wine industry
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to legal standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues
- Provide training and guidance on regulatory matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements impacting the wine industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
