Safaricom Foundation, located in the heart of Nairobi Metropolitan, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Your primary focus will be to mitigate legal risks and maintain a high standard of corporate governance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Provide advice and training on compliance matters to staff.
Investigate and address any compliance issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar field.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
