We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Creative Engagement Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about bridging communication gaps and fostering meaningful connections through innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative communication strategies to engage with diverse audiences.
- Create compelling content for various media platforms to raise awareness about indigenous eye health issues.
- Collaborate with team members to design and execute engaging communication campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in multimedia platforms and social media management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
