Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to promote cultural diversity and inclusion within the organization

Advocate for policies that promote inclusivity and equal opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated experience in promoting cultural diversity and inclusion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Passion for driving positive change through cultural advocacy
