Position: Sustainability and Community Engagement Manager
Location: Appenzell Ausserrhoden Yoga Center, Switzerland
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Sustainability and Community Engagement Manager. As part of our commitment to environmental stewardship and community involvement, we are looking for a creative and experienced professional who can help us further our mission and expand our social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable business practices
- Strengthen community partnerships and engagement
- Lead initiatives for environmental conservation and responsibility
- Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to promote wellness and holistic living
- Design and execute community outreach programs with a focus on health and wellness
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sustainability, community outreach, or environmental advocacy
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage community-focused initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Passion for yoga, wellness, and environmental sustainability
