Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in product development, preferably in the sports equipment industry.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A passion for winter sports and a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
