Position: Marine Conservation Specialist
Mar Balear Dive Centers in the beautiful Balearic Islands of Spain is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Marine Conservation Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our commitment to preserving and protecting the marine environment that we call home.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement conservation initiatives to protect marine ecosystems.
- Advocate for sustainable practices in the diving industry.
- Collaborate with local organizations and communities to raise awareness about marine conservation.
- Conduct research on marine life and assist in data collection for conservation projects.
- Create engaging environmental awareness campaigns to promote our mission.
Requirements:
- A background in marine biology, environmental science, or related field.
- Passion for marine conservation and sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
