Role Overview:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for expanding our network of partners and collaborators.
- Identify and engage potential stakeholders in the franchise/chain industry to support our mission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners and programs.
- Analyze market trends and recommend growth opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in business development, partnership management, or community outreach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for driving social change and gender equality.
