At Zug Tourism, we are seeking a Senior Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional experiences for visitors to Zug. Your role will involve creating and implementing personalized recommendations and tailored experiences, ensuring each guest's stay is unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

Develop customized itineraries and experiences based on guests' preferences and needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
