Develop and implement strategies to increase fan loyalty and satisfaction
Collaborate with various departments to coordinate fan-focused events and activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
Proven experience in event management, customer service, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
