We are currently seeking passionate individuals to become part of our dynamic team as Excursion Experience Specialists. As an Excursion Experience Specialist, you will immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of Iceland while curating unforgettable experiences for our international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead unique, personalized excursions showcasing the beauty of Northeastern Iceland.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure memorable experiences for our clients.
- Develop engaging itineraries that cater to diverse interests and preferences.
- Collaborate with local partners to enhance the quality of excursions and activities offered.
Requirements:
- A passion for exploration, travel, and cultural exchange.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
