As the Innovative Therapeutic Services Manager in the Louisiana Department of Health - Office of Behavioral Health - Region 4, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging artistic and design-oriented approaches to enhance mental health services within our community. You will lead a talented team and work collaboratively to develop and implement innovative therapeutic programs that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and healing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of creative therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups
Collaborate with community partners to integrate art and design into mental health initiatives
Develop and oversee art-focused therapeutic workshops and programs
Evaluate the impact of creative interventions on mental wellness outcomes
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff in utilizing art and design strategies for promoting holistic mental health
