Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and refine product designs
Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends and technological breakthroughs
Work closely with manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure quality and performance standards
Participate in prototyping, testing, and iteration to optimize product functionality and user experience
Contribute to the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
Proven experience in product development and design, preferably within the sports equipment industry
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Passion for outdoor activities and an understanding of athlete needs
