In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with diverse communities and implementing strategies to engage a broad range of cultural groups. Your primary focus will be on developing partnerships and initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity within the bank.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating and implementing multicultural engagement programs
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure diverse representation in all bank activities
Identifying opportunities to support cultural initiatives and events
Building strong relationships with multicultural organizations and community leaders
Providing cultural insights and guidance to enhance business strategies
