Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with diverse communities in Connecticut to address health disparities.
- Plan and coordinate health promotion activities that cater to the unique needs of rural populations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for policies that improve public health in rural areas.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
