Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Growth Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities for the expansion and enhancement of our business operations within the Nairobi Metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing business operations and make recommendations for improvement.
