Responsibilities:

Identify potential franchise opportunities and develop strategies to expand our franchise network
Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility of new franchise ventures
Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive franchise business plans
Manage the entire franchise development process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and finalization
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
Monitor and evaluate franchise performance, implementing necessary improvements and adjustments

Requirements:

Proven experience in franchise development or related field
Strong business acumen and understanding of franchise operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data
