Responsibilities:
- Identify potential franchise opportunities and develop strategies to expand our franchise network
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility of new franchise ventures
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive franchise business plans
- Manage the entire franchise development process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and finalization
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
- Monitor and evaluate franchise performance, implementing necessary improvements and adjustments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise development or related field
- Strong business acumen and understanding of franchise operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
