Your Role:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in driving innovation projects from ideation to execution.
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire teams and drive change.
Passion for sustainability and social impact to align with Unilever's values.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are desirable.
