Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement training materials and programs tailored to meet the needs of our employees and partners
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning experiences
Assess existing training programs and identify areas for improvement
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement enhancements as necessary
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within the nuclear energy sector to continuously enhance our training programs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in instructional design, training, or related roles
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Passion for learning and development
Experience in the energy or nuclear industry is a plus
