Job Title: Ecological Preservation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to preserve the ecological balance in and around the theater premises.
Conduct regular environmental assessments and propose necessary conservation measures.
Collaborate with the creative team to integrate environmentally friendly practices into performances and events.
Organize educational programs on sustainability and ecological awareness for staff and visitors.
Stay updated on current environmental regulations and ensure compliance at all levels.
Participate in community outreach activities to promote eco-conscious initiatives.
Monitor and reduce the theater's carbon footprint through innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or a similar discipline.
Proven experience in ecological preservation projects or initiatives.
Strong knowledge of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems in the Limburg region.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
