Innovative Experience Architect
Connecticut Invention Convention is seeking a creative mind to join our team as an Innovative Experience Architect. This role involves designing and developing engaging experiences that inspire creativity, problem-solving, and innovation among our participants.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement interactive experiences to enhance participant engagement
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate innovative ideas into event experiences
- Ensure a seamless flow of activities during events to create memorable experiences
- Analyze feedback to continuously improve and evolve the participant experience
Requirements:
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in event planning or similar role is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fostering innovation and creativity in others
