We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team at Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit Thurgau as a Sustainable Land Steward. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and sustainable development of agricultural land in the beautiful region of Thurgau.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing sustainable farming practices to enhance land productivity
- Collaborating with local farmers and stakeholders to promote environmentally-friendly initiatives
- Monitoring soil health and implementing measures to ensure long-term sustainability
- Developing and maintaining biodiversity within agricultural landscapes
- Contributing to the preservation of traditional farming methods
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in sustainable land management and agricultural practices
- Strong passion for environmental conservation and sustainable development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
