We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join our esteemed team at The Sarova Stanley in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant, you will be a vital member of our Legal and Regulatory Affairs department, where you will play a key role in assessing, developing, and maintaining compliance strategies to ensure Sarova Stanley's ongoing adherence to local and international regulations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits to assess the company's compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
Collaborate with various departments to implement effective compliance procedures and standards.
Stay abreast of changes in local and international regulations to ensure Sarova Stanley's continued compliance.
Prepare and deliver reports to management regarding compliance operations and initiatives.
Provide advice and training to staff on regulatory compliance matters.
Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate Sarova Stanley's compliance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and industry organizations.
Participate in the development of Sarova Stanley's strategic compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in regulatory compliance and risk management within the hospitality or related industry.
Strong knowledge of local and international legal and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Professional certification in compliance, risk management, or a related field is an advantage.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
