Exciting Opportunity for a Creative Event Coordinator
We are Ålands Vindkraft Ab, a leading company in the renewable energy sector based in Åland, Finland. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Creative Event Coordinator.
As a Creative Event Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to combine your love for sports and entertainment with your exceptional organizational skills. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that promote our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative event concepts that align with our brand image
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, budgeting, logistics, and vendor management
- Create engaging event programs and activities that cater to our target audience
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and resources effectively
- Oversee event promotion and marketing activities to maximize attendance and engagement
- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event coordination or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and renewable energy
- Fluency in English and Finnish
