Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote community involvement among seniors
Organize and oversee events that cater to the interests of older adults
Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance recreational opportunities
Create engaging content for social media platforms to reach a wider audience
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives through data analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in community outreach or event planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
